New Talenter™

On 11 August last, the incumbent company (Lusotemp), which in 2008 through a rebranding and more importantly a strategic repositioning gave rise to the Talenter™He turned 22!

During these 2 decades we have developed many services, gained the confidence of many clients and developed our activity through the contribution of thousands of people who have collaborated with us in many different ways.

Growth, diversification and the pandemic have created challenges for this decade that require new strategic lines, but also a new model of governance, as is so fashionable today.

On 14 December 2007 we set up Talenter SGPS, which at the time aggregated 4 companies and today has a majority shareholding in the 12 companies of the group, with businesses as disparate as Human Resources, Telecommunications and Real Estate.

This diversified context has essentially been based on a management model transversal to the various businesses. However, the growth of these areas requires a more vertical management, with managers - CEOs - for each business area.

This way, there will be 4 departments - Marketing, Human Resources, Financial and Technological Innovation - that migrate to SGPS and in parallel we will have CEOs for the 7 business areas/Brands: Header™ (Executive Search and Training);  Talenter™ (Recruitment and Selection and Temporary Work); Knower™ e Bechosen (Outsourcing); Futurcabo (Telecommunications and Energy); Rent & Properties (Rent a Car and Real Estate); Exato® Insurance (Insurance Mediation) and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Atlantic Portugal (Real Estate Agency).

This new model to be implemented as of 13 September, will be done 100% through internal promotions and will allow a greater focus on each service, reinforcing the autonomy but also the accountability of each business area.

We believe that this management model will mark the 20-30 decade of the Talenter™ Group, which by the end of the year will also undergo a rebranding that will translate the DNA of the group companies and the spirit and mentality that brought us here!

We also leave a public thank you to all the people who have contributed in some way and have been or are part of the various companies of the group and simultaneously leave a message of confidence, because we have fantastic people with a great spirit of commitment to make the companies and the group a reference in their areas of activity!
