Wellow™, the new brand of the Talenter Group

With the growth and the increasingly plural positioning, Wellow™ was born. The new brand that came to aggregate the diversity of this Portuguese business group.

Now entering its third decade of activity, the business group is also entering a new phase where it presents itself with a portfolio of multiple services for multiple sectors of activity.

To represent the group in its current diversity, the nominative "Talenter™ Group" became insufficient and Wellow™ emerged as a brand capable of representing and preparing the group for an increasingly plural future.

Currently with 8 commercial brands, 12 companies and more than 15 services, Wellow™ operates in three distinct areas of activity: Human Resources, Outsourcing and Mediation (Real Estate and Insurance).

César Santos, Founder and CEO of Wellow™ Group, says that it was "following the bet on diversification that has been made in recent years that the shareholder partners considered that the brand Talenter™ no longer covered the diversity of the business and even distorted its DNA as a group, which felt the need to recreate a brand capable of aggregating the various business areas". Wellow® was based on the transversal values of the various brands and which were the guiding thread of the founders of Talenter™ through the ages: Agility, Humanism and Experience.

The challenge of this branding project was to incorporate the best of each brand into a new identity that everyone recognises, as well as projecting the group into a new phase of business expansion. Tatiana Vale, Chief Marketing Officer, adds that "empathy is the calling card of this new brand, it is in the DNA of all the group's companies. Wellow™ as a new way of saying hello: it is synonymous with a smile, it is an invitation to dialogue and to start a conversation." A way of saying hello to new beginnings.

Branding was a challenging and, at the same time, very organic project. Strategically, the new entity was based on what was clearly already the essence of the group. Humanity, empathy, openness, trust and vision, transversal to their companies, were the pillars selected to work on all verbal communication. In the graphic universe, the multichromatic expression, in addition to embracing the various entities of the group, reinforced the energy, freshness, openness and vitality of the group's professionals.

Today more cohesive than ever, the group thus says Wellow® to new ideas, new ambitions, new opportunities, and above all, says Wellow® to a new future.
