The Wellow™ Group launches the first edition of the Summer Internship Programme. From July to September, it's 2 full months of learning in a real work context for those who want to make a career in Human Resources.
With the motto #FAZWSIPAOTEUVERN, the programme is based on a model cross-functionalwith the Trainees to experience various areas within the world of Human Resources: Recruitment and Selection, Administrative Management of Human Resources, Payroll and HR Strategic Management (with the Group's People&Culture team). Throughout the programme, there are several moments of theoretical and practical training. on jobso that they are more aware of the tasks they will be carrying out.
Rita Duarte, Chief People Officer of Grupo Wellow™ shares that "This is an old dream whose implementation was delayed by the pandemic. We are a gateway to the labour market and since our genesis we have prided ourselves on growing talent in our teams. There are many of us, who started in this house as interns and made our way through the various brands of the Group. Putting that energy at the service of future generations is natural for us and the WSIP is an excellent way to continue contributing to their success!"
In the 1st Edition, there will be 4 vacancies available for the Lisbon area. Catarina Lino, responsible for WSIP explains that "(...) we opted from the beginning for a restricted programme, as our main goal is to guarantee a differentiating experience to WSIPEans. We want them to feel at home from day one, with the accompaniment they need to explore this RH world! This care is in all moments of the programme, from the evaluation of applications to the way we design the onboardingthe buddies chosen to accompany WSIPeans and all the other details that make this programme special."
