The third edition of Wellow™ Insights, an online event dedicated to discussing issues that matter to business and society, is broadcast on 16 May at 11am.
Dedicated to the Decent Work Agenda, Wellow™ Insights brings together around the table José Luís Albuquerque - General Director of Studies and Planning of the Ministry of Labour, Solidarity and Social Security, Nalina Kará - Human Resources Director of Base Capital Group and Tiago Sequeira Mousinho - Lawyer at DMC Littler.
In moderation of Rui Fiolhais - Vice-President of the Wellow™ Group, this edition aims to clarify the impacts of this important agenda in the lives of companies and workers. The Decent Work Agenda includes around 70 measures that aim to improve working conditions and the conciliation between personal, family and professional life. The fight against precariousness, the valorisation of social dialogue, the promotion and reinforcement of equality are some of the dimensions that bring about changes that should be assimilated.
