Certifications are the consequence of an integrated and transformative agenda, which inspires us to respond in improvement to business, governance, opportunity and compliance issues.

Healthy Workplace

We were distinguished as one of the healthiest places to work in 2022. Flexibility in working hours and workplace, training plans, organizational climate studies, promotion of sports activities, attribution of extra holidays, co-participation in health insurance for employees and their families or attribution of a free health plan during the first 3 months are some of the measures that made this distinction possible.

Our work is far from finished and our commitment to the well-being, balance and health of all employees is firm. We will continue to invest in practices aimed at promoting the quality of life of our people.

Wellow™ program to begin a new future.

Re:starter® is a project for those who want to start a new future. Whether they are migrants, disabled people, seniors, the long-term unemployed or simply those who are willing to embrace a new career in highly employable areas, even if it means starting from scratch.

Through the Re:starter® project we attract candidates who, through training & retraining programmes, are integrated into the labour market.
