That's why we've created the Wellow™ Club, a programme that brings together Benefits, Discounts and Incentives and fits the measure of your expectations and needs.

Birthday (own or children's)
Taking the time to be yourself and celebrate the important milestones is half the way to being happy! So whether it's your birthday or your kids' birthday, you have the day to yourself.

Flexibility
(time and place of work)
Work where and when you want, focused on your well-being and on the integration between personal and professional life when it is most needed. We choose to work with those we trust and therefore prefer a proximity management that is not "on sight".

Volunteering
(time bank)
We believe it is important to create and maintain close relationships with the community and we encourage the importance of doing so by giving back well-being and peace of mind to those who need it most - you have 4 hours a year, within working hours, to get involved in social responsibility projects of your choice!
4.
Holiday
(extra days)
We know that we can't always get everything done in the normal holiday or weekend period. We also know that there are special days that deserve another availability. That's why we have up to 5 extra days of holidays per year.
5.
Studies (co-funding)
Company sponsorship of individual tuition fees for those who wish to resume studies or continue with higher education (undergraduate, postgraduate, masters).
6.
Partnerships and protocols
Indirect benefits by creating protocols with business partners (BP, NOS, Iberdrola, Edenred, Hotels, Restaurants among others), which aim to give access to special conditions for employees of the Wellow™ Group.

Discounts on the full range of Wellow™ Group products or services ranging from training, energy, rent-a-car, health, insurance, professional services (e.g. cleaning) or telecommunications.
