In a phase of major reorganisation and transformation of the business group, Rui Fiolhais is appointed as Executive Director and Board Member of the Wellow™ Group.
The reinforcement of the group's management is a natural path given the growth, diversification and evolution of recent years. Currently with 7 commercial brands, 13 companies and more than 15 services, Wellow™ operates in four distinct areas of activity: Human Resources, Outsourcing, Energy & Telecommunications and Mediation (Real Estate and Insurance). With over 5,000 employees, in 2021 it had a turnover of over 95M€.
With a degree in Law from the University of Coimbra and a Master in Human Resources Policies and Management from ISCTE, Rui Fiolhais has developed his career in the public and private sectors. In the public domain, between 2016 and 2022, he held managerial positions as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Social Security Institute.
Bringing unquestionable experience and know-how, Rui Fiolhais reinforces the administration of the group, taking over the areas of Brand & Marketing, People & Culture and also the Header™a company dedicated to providing services to top executives in Portugal.
