Wellow™ Group was distinguished as one of the happiest companies in Portugal in the 2023 edition of the "Happiness Works®" study, which assesses the level of organisational happiness in companies.
O Wellow™ Group was ranked in the Top 20, positioning itself as one of the largest Portuguese companies recognised for the happiness of its employees.
The ranking trophy ceremony Exame | Happiness Works "Happy Company 2023 took place in Lisbon, in a session where the 20 happiest companies in Portugal were distinguished.

The study Happiness Works has since 2012 the cumulative participation of more than 40,000 professionals and 360 organisations, which cooperate in gauging the level of organisational happiness within their structures, evaluating the environment and the involvement of employees in their function.
The study is jointly promoted by Lukkap Portugal, Exame Magazine, APG - Portuguese Association of People Management, ACEGE - Christian Association of Businessmen and Managers, Rebelo de Sousa Advogados, Happy Brands and Universities in Europe and Latin America.
