Our club.

In a rapidly changing world, few things ever stay the same. Some people change their name, their house, their spouse, their gender, their shirt or even their party. But there's something you can't change even at gunpoint. We're talking about our club, of course. 

It's perhaps the most memorable choice in life. Tattooed on the mind and sometimes on the skin itself, club preference is perhaps the earliest of the unconscious decisions that mould our identity. We are almost born with it and live with it until the day we close our eyes. It's a lifelong passion.

In the business world we also have our clubs. It's no coincidence that we talk so much about wearing the jersey, defending our colours or being an ambassador for the brand we represent. The invisible strength of this belonging is decisive for a professional life marked by satisfaction and a sense of group pride that makes us part of a whole.

Working on this sense is the mission of anyone who manages people within a particular business purpose. There are many tools that can be mobilised in this regard. One of them is the system of incentives and benefits in view of the advantages derived from it to strengthen ties to our club.

When well designed, this type of system is crucial for attracting and retaining talent, reducing turnover and absenteeism, improving the organisational climate and boosting team performance. The more we feel valued, the greater our pride and commitment to the emblem we wear.

It was with this goal in mind that we launched the Wellow™ Club, as the Wellow™ Group's internal Benefits, Discounts and Incentives programme. Based on a simple and intuitive electronic platform, the programme acts as a permanent showcase of offers aimed at improving people's satisfaction and their emotional bond with our group.

The benefits chapter offers extra salary advantages linked to each person's functional level. Some examples: broad flexibility in working hours and location; time off for specific days and birthdays; co-payment of health insurance or tuition fees; volunteer programmes. The watchword here is to valorise dimensions of the so-called emotional salary.

In terms of discounts, access is offered under very favourable conditions to services provided by the group's companies and their partners. From insurance to cleaning services, car rental, removal services and health solutions, there are many offers that favour the well-being and spending power of employees. With the added advantage of enhancing the feeling "we use what we sell".

Finally, financial incentives are offered that value each person's role in the commercial success of the brands. Acquiring clients and trainees, generating leads and selling goods and services are rewarded with financial commissions that help make up the remuneration package. With the great advantage of promoting an internal culture of "cross selling" within a group that includes 12 companies, 6 commercial brands and 15 services.

With the Wellow™ Club we say hello to a community that includes more than 300 employees and 5,000 seconded/external collaborators. We affirm that it's worth belonging to a club that values its people and their well-being, balance and happiness. Yes, because in our club results are important, but people's happiness always comes first.
